It wouldn’t be summertime in England without Pimm’s. The low-alcohol (only 25% ABV) gin-based liqueur is mixed with lemon-lime soda, poured over ice cubes and heavily garnished with plenty of strawberries, cucumber and herbs. Known to some as the official drink of Wimbledon the Pimm’s Cup is a light-tasting and refreshing drink that will have you feeling cooler even in the hottest temperatures.
